FrontierVille Detective Agency: How It Works ~ THEGAMETECH

Howdy folks! There’s something missin’ on the frontier, and it isn’t chickens, but people! FrontierVille and Zynga welcomes super sleuth Finkerton to the frontier! Finkerton has arrived to help you track down folks that have gone missing from FrontierVille to earn rewards! Initially, you will see the screen below prompting you to ‘Buy Detective Agency’. Choosing to click on the Buy option will allow you to place your Detective Agency. Please read below for how the Detective Agency will work.

How will it work?

Ready to become a famous detective? The first thing you should know is, the primary objective behind the Detective Agency is to get players to return to FrontierVille. Once Finkerton’s Detective Agency is completed, you will have four options to choose from; Collect Bonus, Find the Missing!, Leader board, and About.

‘About’ will provide you with general information on the Detective Agency. Leader board keeps tracks of the person who ‘rescues’ the most missing people each month for a reward at the end of the month.

The ‘Find the Missing!’ option will take you to the main missing people screen (featured below). Here you will see players names with various amounts of ‘$’ signs under their name. These varying $ signs represent how many reward points you will receive for rescuing the designated person(s).

The point scale is based on a 5 point system, with 1 point being the minimum and 5 points being the most. You will then send a request to the missing players and wait for their response, ‘Open Cases’ screen. If they are successfully rescued, they will be under ‘Claim Rewards’ and you can collect your prize and points there!
