Facebook on Monday announced that it has rolled out new improvements to Groups. Users of Facebook Groups can now post questions and polls for only members to participate. In a post, Facebook said that Groups members are now able to get quick responses to questions.
If you're a member of any Facebook Groups you have now an option to upload entire albums directly to your group, making it even easier to share your photos with the people who most want to see them.
And that's not all, for group owners, Facebook also added a control that lets you approve people before they are added to the group. At last, FB has realized this feature which was once a clamor among Groups owners.
Facebook likewise created a tool that makes it easy to upgrade to the new Groups format. It said that owners and members of old Groups will be receiving information about how to upgrade Facebook Groups within the coming weeks.
Now for the most exciting part.
Facebook has introduced the Send button. Unlike the Like button, which lets you share content from websites and blogs to your Facebook connections, the Facebook Send button lets you share something with a few specific people.
The new Facebook Send button allows you to share things with any of your Groups or individual friends on Facebook. The company said it has already made the Send button available on over 50 leading websites, and it will appear in more places soon.
