Establishing the Base of Your Empire
The in-game tutorial will get you through the basics of getting your town running. As your game progresses there are new assignments for you and choices will have to be made. Before we proceed to Empires and Allies Expansion Guide, make sure you develop and establish the following in-game basics:
- - Have 350 residents in your village.
- - Make sure to build and staff the first three government buildings:
- - the Parliament
- - the Executive Mansion and
- - the World Embassy
- You need these to support your population.
- - Build at least three farms to have a steady income of coins.
- - Build at least three lumber mills to have a steady income of wood.
- - Build at least three oil wells to have a steady income of oil.
- - Build at least two barracks, one shipyard and hangar to ensure you can train enough troops for battle.
Expand Your Empire

Expanding your empire will cost you liberty bonds and coins, that is, 10 liberty bonds for every expansion and higher cost every next expansion. Try to acquire liberty bonds as much as possible. This can be earned by leveling up, completing certain missions, helping your allies or buying them with empire points.

Government Buildings
The maximum population of your empire is linked to your government buildings. The more government buildings you built, the more population you can have on your empire, thus giving you more money.
Try to have as many friends who plays Empires and Allies, as you will need them to fill positions on your buildings. However, if you do not have much friends in Empires & Allies, your in-game ally will offer to fill these positions. In fact, he can fill multiple positions, and will offer this once a day.
