There is a new series of goals available to complete in CityVille in celebration of the Halloween season. However, this isn't an ordinary goal setup, as it's actually more in line with the Governor's Run event. This "Happy Halloween" event is split into three Acts, with only the first Act being available as of this time.

Build a Monster Business
Graveyard Shift
Place the Ghoulish Graveyard
Complete Ghoulish Graveyard
Place 2 Monster Decorations
Monster Mash
Ask friends for 30 Pumpkin Seeds
Reach Monster Population of 3,500
Unlock Witch Expansion
