Have you encountered game issues on CastleVille recently? Players are experiencing trouble at the Hazel "Freeze" quest. This specific quest requires the Gloom Thief to be banished for quest progress. There are some players reporting that they already banished the gloom thief before reaching this specific quest requirement. With this Zynga made announcement on what to do with this issue.
To complete this quest task and continue with regular progress, summon a gloom thief with a potion. Once the summoned gloom thief is banished, quest progress for “Freeze” will update. The gloom thief potion can be purchased from the market place for 10 reputation points.
