This new CityVille feature is available to players level 40 and above. Just 10 energy to complete it and collect building materials needed, and enjoy an allowance of 2,500 population with a AOE bonus area of 10%. Here are the requirements for Crown Palace:

- 10 Glass Mosaic
- 10 Palace Doors
- 10 Engraved Archs
