FarmVille Rolls Out "Chat With Your Neighbors" Feature

Farmville has started rolling out a new feature "Farm Talk" to all players.  This feature enables players to chat with their neighbors through the in-game neighbor bar.  This will definitely be useful as players can send real time requests and favors for their farm.
