Part I:  Fair & Square

• Collect from Community Buildings 10 times
• Collect from London Cargo Routes 5 times
• Supply Suit Yourself 10 times

Part II:  Back to Square One!

• Collect 8 Badges from friends
• Finish building the Government Square
• Collect from Angelica Apartments or Huffington Hotel 10 times
