Part I:  Civically Centered

• Place the Civic Center
• Visit 20 Neighbors
• Harvest 30 Peppermint Trees

Reward: 500 XP, 500 Coins, Long Marble Planter (decoration)

Part II:  Tele-Wishing

• Harvest 50 Broccoli on your homestead
• Feed 35 Adult Geese
• Finish Phase 1

Reward: 1000 XP, 2 Long Marble Planters (decoration), 5 Marigold crops

Part III:  Fine Arts

• Craft 6 Flower Arrangements
• Collect 15 Elegant Vases from friends
• Finish Phase 2

Reward: 1500 XP, 2 Marble Planter Bottoms, Junkyard Dog

Part IV:  Locking it Up

• Tend Junkyard Dog 12 times
• Collect 10 Posse Posters from your friends
• Finish Phase 3

Reward: 2000 XP, 2 Marble Planter Tops, Fully Grown Willow Tree

Part V:  Almost Finished

• Craft 7 Party Tables
• Collect 40 Grape Bunches -drop from Wine Grape crops
• Finish the Civic Center

Reward: 3000 XP, Justice Bear Statue, Collect All Bonus
