Why It's Hot:
It's Spidey times four! Shattered Dimensions draws from four alternate comic universes, giving gamers several different looks at the famous web-slinger in one package. That also means all sorts of gameplay variety, not to mention all sorts of crazy versions of his most infamous foes. For comic fans, this is very, very cool stuff.
Why It's Not:
The last Spider-Man game, Web of Shadows, suffered from some notable technical issues. The developer of Shattered Dimensions, Beenox, is best known for Windows ports of other developer's games, not creating their own from scratch. That's not exactly a confidence booster.
