Here's what you need to do:
Clear 30 Debris from Neighbor's Homestead
Harvest 10 Cherry Trees on Your Homestead
Get 10 Trail Markers from your Friends
Visit six neighbors and clear 5 debris on each of the homestead. Trail Markers can be asked to friends through individual gift sending. Cherry Trees are available every 8 minutes, so it won't take you long even if you have less than 10 on your homestead.
Easy tasks, right?
