Part I: Missing: Enormous Land Grant

Collect 35 Magnifying Lenses
Harvest 100 Peanuts
Tend 40 Adult Pigs

Plant 100 Peanuts. It takes 4 days to grow. For the meantime, start collecting Magnifying Lenses by asking your friends. Adult pigs are just for tending now and need not be sold.

Part II: Smoke Out

Have or Craft 25 Fire
Clobber 25 Groundhogs
Clear 10 Cacti

Craft fire inside the Covered Wagon for 5 Cloth and 7 Wood each. Harvest Crops to have Groundhogs and have some space so Cactus will freely be available on your homestead.

Part III: Stakeout

Gather 5 neighbors in your "Detective / Land Expansion Crew"
Have or Craft 5 Feather Beds
Collect the Inn's Daily Bonus 3 Times

Craft Feather Beds inside the Sawmill. It will cost 1 Furnishings and 2 Comforters. Craft Furnishings inside the Sawmill while Comforters inside the Chicken Coop. Ask your neighbors to be part of your Detective/Land Expansion Crew.

Part IV: The Hideout

Collect the Foundry's Daily Bonus 3 Times
Clear 30 Grass
Use the Fox Cannon 20 Times

Fox Cannon uses Powder Kegs. You'll need Saltpeter and 5 fire to be able to craft 1 at the Foundry.

Part V: Enormous Pain In The

Tend 20 Horses
Harvest 400 Wheat
Collect 30 Landgrant Glues

Tending 20 Horses will consume much time for this mission since it is fairly a rare item on neighbor's homestead. While waiting, plant 400 Wheat and tend them after one day. Ask Landgrant Glues to your friends. You'll earn 300 XP and 200 coins as a final prize for your hardwork and of course your much awaited notice that you've unlocked the 37 x 37 expansion!
