FrontierVille Mission: Groundhog Day!

The Groundhog are out in force, and so this new mission in FrontierVille, the Groundhog Day!  You'll be able  to unlock the mission by purchasing a Groundhog Trap in the market for 2,000 coins.


Part I:  Half Your Hay


 - Place a Groundhog Trap on your Homestead
 - Harvest 20 Wheat
 - Feed 20 Cows

Placing the newly purchased Groundhog Trap on your homestead actually unlocks the Groundhog Day Mission and the first requirement of the first mission "Half Your Hay".  Plant 20 Wheat and harvest them after 24 hours or just ask 4 friends to tend your Wheat.  Feed 20 of  your cows and your done with the first mission.


You'll get 300 XP and 100 Food for completing this goal.



Part II:  Protecting the Food Supply


 - Have 500 Food
 - Finish Building the Groundhog Trap
 - Collect 10 Groundhog Decoys

Part two of this Groundhog Day Mission is "Protecting the Food Supply".  Having 500 Food is quite achievable by many especially those of high levels.  Groundhog Decoys can be requested by posting on your wall and asking your friends for help.  Here's the hardest part again, Finishing the Groundhog Trap.  You must collect five of each of these items from your friends: Tin Sheets, Screws, Baits, Sticks, Groundhog Trap Ropes and Crate Boxes. 

You will be rewarded with 400 XP and 1,000 coins for this one.


Part III: 6 More Weeks...


 - Trap 5 Groundhogs
 - Harvest 10 Neighbor Crops
 - Collect 1 Umbrella

The third part of the mission is actually introducing the use of the Groundhog Trap.  You need to trap 5 groundhogs, harvest 10 if your neighbor's crops and collecting one of the Spring Collection items, Umbrella.


Enjoy 500 XP and Frontier Fred as your reward!


Part IV:  



 - Collect 15 Groundhog Decoys
 - Harvest 30 Wheat
 - Trap Groundhogs


Enjoy 600 XP and Frontier Phil as your reward!
