Part I:  Gettin' Started

 

Place a Flower Shop

Clear 20 Wildflowers on Neighbor Homesteads

Harvest 20 Pink Roses

The Flower Shop can be purchased from the store for 1000 coins and 100 Wood.  Pink Roses are ready for harvest after 14 hours. 

Part II:

Tend 6 Neighbor Horses

Collect 15 Hand Rakes

Tend 10 Pansies

Ask friends for Hand Rakes by posting on your wall.  You will need to complete the construction of the Flower Shop  before you can purchase and plant it.
