Sailboat Hotel

1. The quest to unlock the Sailboat Hotel can be identified by this Quest Icon.
   Note: You have to be level 30 or above to receive this quest.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. To place and start building your new Hotel, click on the quest icon, then click on "Place"
   
   
   
3. Once you have placed your unfinished Hotel:
   
   
   
4. Click on it to bring up the list of requirements you will need complete to finish constructing your Hotel.
   Note: Crop mastery requirements have been reduced to make this part easier!
   
   
   
   
   *Note: You may have to refresh the game after upgrading your summer business.
   
   Once you have completed all the requirements, click on the "Finish Building" button and you will have a brand new Sailboat Hotel in your city!
   
   
   

The Sailboat Hotel has a higher payout, requires a few more goods to supply and gets you one step closer to your CityVille Wonder!
