Is Topblogs.com.ph Closing Down?

I was about to check TheGameTech's stats on Topblogs.com.ph and I was surprised to see that its domain name has expired.  Check the image below:

Is Topblogs closing down?  How about our stats?  TheGameTech averages #30 spot on video games out of hundreds of game blogs registered locally.  Let's wait when the site becomes live again.  Maybe they are busy watching the Miss Universe 2011 this morning.
