Clear Your Cache For Faster Game Loads

All games we play on Facebook utilize Javascript which is a client side technology. This means that the actual processing of some things within the game happens on your computer and not on developer side. If you notice that your game is having difficulties loading or responding slowly to your actions it may be because your systems cache is full.

What is System Cache?

Cache is a component that transparently stores data so that future requests for that data can be served faster. The data that is stored within a cache might be values that have been computed earlier or duplicates of original values that are stored elsewhere.

Check out the instructions below on how to clear your system cache.

For Internet Explorer 7 and 8:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools at the top.
3. Scroll down and select Internet Options.
4. Click Delete under Browsing History.

7. Click Done.

For Opera 9.x:
1. In Opera, click the Tools menu.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Select the Advanced tab.
4. In the left-hand column, click History.
5. In the Disk cache section, click Empty Now.
6. Click OK to close Preferences.

Please note that this is just one of the many issues why our games have difficulty loading.  It may be the Adobe Flash Player that is outdated, poor DSL connection, simultaneous browsing among others.
