Empires and Allies Black Forest Jubilee Returns!

Have noticed some familiar units in your Build menu? The Black Forest Jubilee units are back!
The Bismarck, Tiger Tank, and Elite Tiger Tank are all back.  And not only that,  they can be upgraded in the Research Lab!
