The new Harmony Heights neighborhood is a stylish modern building available in your CityVille.  The building costs 10,000 coins to purchase from the store.  You need six energy to build the base.  You will need 3 friends to complete the staff positions.  The following items are required to complete CityVille Harmony Heights neighborhood:

• 5 Glass Panes
• 5 Circuit Boxes
• 5 Window Panes
• 5 Leaf Blowers
• 5 Thermostats

Now that you completed the Harmony Heights Neighborhood, you can store 15 individual apartments, thus freeing up tons of space on your land.
