There's another Community Building released in CityVille - the Holiday Carousel. This is available to players Level 15 and higher. You cannot just purchase this in the store, a pop-up will show while you play and you can place the item for free.
Start collecting the following materials and build your Holiday Carousel in CityVille:
- 4 Carousel Lights
- 4 Carousel Horses
- 4 Carousel Tickets
- 4 Hot Cocoa
