Welcome to CityVille's newest feature - the Jail Museum. You need to be at least Level 70 to have access to this feature. This new mission requires you to expand your borders out into the water to reach an island prison, that has been turned into a museum.
You have 20 days to complete this mission. As a reward, you will have the Jail Museum inside your inventory.
