This new CityVille quest is open to players level 10 and above. In order to receive the reward you have to expand to the Bird Sanctuary
Bird Sanctuary Mission:
- Expand to the Bird Sanctuary
- Collect Cardinals
- Have a Fully Grown Tree of Life
